PHONE BUYBACK: TRANSPARENT PRICING AND PROFESSIONAL ASSESSMENT

The smartphone buyback service on the “Fixas” platform is focused on maximum value for the customer, whether you are selling the latest flagship or a reliable mid-range device. We stand out in the market because, as direct parts importers and a professional service center, we can offer a significantly higher price even for devices with defects. Important: we buy all mobile devices that are not older than 8 years.

Our buyback range covers the widest variety of manufacturers:

• “Apple iPhone” (we buy from the 12 series): We evaluate all models from “iPhone 12” up to the newest “iPhone 17”, “17 Pro” and “17 Pro Max”. We also welcome the “iPhone 16”, “15” (with USB-C), “14” and “13” series.

• “Samsung”: We buy the entire flagship line – from the newest “Galaxy S26 Ultra” to the “S20”, as well as the foldables “Z Fold7” and “Z Flip7”, and the popular “Galaxy A” (A56, A55, etc.) series.

• “Google Pixel”: We value clean “Android” and great cameras – from the newest “Pixel 10 Pro” to “Pixel 6” or “7a” models.

• “Xiaomi”: We welcome your “Xiaomi 16”, “15” series flagships, the “14 Ultra” with Leica optics, and the popular “Redmi Note 13/14/15” and “Poco” models.

• “Huawei”: Although they do not have Google services, these phones still have top value because of their cameras. We buy the “Pura 70”, “Mate 60” and “Nova” series.

• “OnePlus”: We value speed – from the “OnePlus 14” to the “OnePlus 9” and the foldable “OnePlus Open 2”.

• “Sony”: We buy the choice of multimedia enthusiasts – the “Xperia 1 VII”, “5 VI” and “10” series models.

• “Asus”: We welcome gaming monsters “ROG Phone 9/10” and the compact “Zenfone 11”.

• “Motorola”: We value the stylish “Edge 60” and the flip models “Razr 60/50 Ultra”.

• “Nothing Phone”: We buy the uniquely designed “Nothing Phone (3)”, “(2)” and “(2a)” models.

• “Oppo”: We value the “Find X8 Ultra” and “Reno 13” series devices.

• “FairPhone”: We support sustainability, so we buy the modular design “FairPhone 5” and “4” models.

If your phone screen is only cracked and not completely shattered, our screen restoration service allows us to pay more than ordinary resellers. We buy all mobile devices, “Apple Watch” (from series 4), tablets and gaming consoles, ensuring transparent assessment, an official purchase-sale agreement, and instant payment by bank transfer or cash at our branch.

Safety and data privacy are a priority for us, so we always provide clear instructions on how to properly prepare your device for sale. If you have any difficulties, our specialists on site will gladly help you sign out of “iCloud”, “Samsung Account” or “Google” accounts, disable the “Find My” function, and perform a full data wipe. Please note that on “iPhone” devices this is done via Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Erase All Content and Settings, while on “Android” devices (Samsung, Pixel, Xiaomi, etc.) it is done via Settings → System → Reset options → Erase all data. We make sure the factory settings are restored properly and that your personal information never falls into third-party hands.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO BEFORE SELLING A SMARTPHONE?

Before entrusting your device to the “Fixas” buyback experts, it is extremely important to prepare the phone properly so you can protect your privacy and ensure the fastest payment. Here are the main steps by manufacturer:

1. Backup: Make a copy to “iCloud”, “Google Drive” or a computer.

2. Disconnecting accounts: * Apple: You must disable “Find My” and sign out of “iCloud”.

   • Android (Samsung, Pixel, Xiaomi, OnePlus, Oppo, Sony, etc.): You must remove the “Google” account in settings to disable FRP (Factory Reset Protection). Without this step, the device remains locked.

   • Xiaomi / Huawei: Don’t forget to sign out of the specific “Mi Account” or “Huawei ID” accounts.

3. Factory settings: Perform a full data wipe (“Factory Reset”).

4. Remove cards: Don’t forget the SIM and microSD memory cards.

“Fixas” professionally buys not only phones from all the manufacturers mentioned above, but also “Apple Watch” watches (please note that we do not buy Samsung Watch), tablets, computers and gaming consoles. Since we are direct parts importers and specialize in screen and battery restoration, we can offer a significantly higher price than other buyers, even if your device has signs of use or a worn-out battery. As soon as your prepared device reaches our repair center in Vilnius or is received via parcel locker, we will promptly inspect it and immediately formalize the transaction with a purchase-sale agreement and make a bank transfer.

WHY CAN WE OFFER MORE MONEY THAN OTHERS ON THE MARKET WHEN BUYING YOUR DEVICE?

The “Fixas” buyback service stands out because we can offer one of the highest prices on the market for your phones, “Apple Watch” watches, tablets, computers and gaming consoles. Unlike other buyers, we are direct parts importers and sellers, and our service center performs professional screen restoration using advanced OCA (Optically Clear Adhesive) technology.

This means that if the screen of your “Samsung S26 Ultra” or “iPhone 17 Pro Max” is only cracked and not completely shattered, we will offer significantly more than competitors because we do not need to buy expensive screen modules – we restore them ourselves. The same applies to worn batteries or damaged components: optimized service costs and direct parts supply allow us to direct all the savings toward a higher payout to the customer.

We value every component: from the top-tier Oppo Find X periscope lenses to Asus ROG cooling systems. The entire process is transparent and official: every transaction is confirmed with a purchase-sale agreement, and payment is usually made by secure bank transfer. However, we value your time and flexibility, so at the customer’s request, when paying in person at our branch, we can also pay cash on the spot.

SUSTAINABILITY

The “Fixas” buyback service is based on a strong commitment to sustainability and the circular economy. We believe that every unused phone, from the “FairPhone” philosophy to mass-produced devices, deserves a chance for a second life. That is why we buy devices that are not older than 8 years – a period during which a device can still be successfully refurbished and serve another user.

By nurturing our “green policy” strategy, we ensure that your unused tablets or gaming consoles do not end up in landfills as electronic waste, but are professionally refurbished. By choosing “Fixas” buyback, you not only sell your assets quickly and safely, but also directly contribute to saving natural resources needed to produce new devices. We strictly follow the principle that quality electronics must stay in circulation for as long as possible, so we invest in professional repair and reuse. This is a modern and conscious choice for anyone who cares about ecology in today’s digital world.
